The TXES021 single-piston compressor is one of the best and most budget-friendly options for filling pneumatic rifles and PCP cylinders.

Construction:

Cooling:

The compressor features two cooling systems:

1. Rear fan
2. Water cooling system

This cooling system allows the compressor to pump cartridges and cylinders without overheating. For larger cylinders, it is recommended to take breaks to avoid excessive temperatures.

The compressor has an independent water cooling system with a battery-powered digital thermometer to monitor the system's temperature. Prepare a cooling water container from which the compressor will draw and return water for cooling and recirculation. Always monitor the temperature display and water supply to prevent overheating.

Manual vs. Automatic: The compressor has a manual switch, meaning you need to turn it off manually once the desired pressure is reached.

For automatic pressure control, we recommend the Tuxing TXES022 model, which includes an automatic switch. Set the desired pressure on the manometer, and the compressor will turn off when the pressure is reached.

Hose and Adapter:

The compressor comes with a steel-braided hose, ending in a female quick-connect fitting (8mm). The adapter includes space for dryers that prevent moisture and debris.

Operating and Maintenance Instructions:

• At first use, fill the compressor with oil.
• Ensure to replace the oil plug with the one with holes (included in the spare parts package). Using the original transport plug can cause block leakage.
• Do not use the compressor without connecting the cooling system.
• Check the oil level; it should not be below the red mark. To check or replace the oil, the compressor must be on a level surface and disconnected from the power supply.
• The compressor starts at zero pressure. If you need to take a break during operation, release the pressure by loosening a screw before restarting the compressor.
• The operating temperature should not exceed +65°C.
• Do not modify the product. Repairs and maintenance should only be performed at specialized service centers.
• Ensure that the electrical plug can handle more than 8A and is not overloaded to prevent fire hazards and damage.
• Avoid touching the product and its parts immediately after use to prevent thermal burns.
• Do not leave the device in a state of overload; take breaks to prevent engine overload and device failure.
• Overloading occurs every 20 minutes after changing the cooling fluid, so monitor the cylinder temperature carefully!
• Run the compressor for 10 minutes before first use to clean the system.
