Cooling:

The compressor features two cooling systems:

1. A fan at the rear.
2. A water cooling system.

With this cooling system, the compressor can fill cartridges and tanks without overheating. For larger tanks, it is advisable to take breaks to prevent excessive temperatures.

The compressor has an independent water cooling system, with the temperature monitored by a battery-powered digital thermometer. Prepare the cooling water in a bucket or tank from which the device will draw and return the water for cooling and recirculation. Always monitor the temperature display and water supply to avoid overheating.

Manual or Automatic? The compressor features an automatic shut-off, meaning it has an automatic switch at the pressure gauge. You set the desired pressure on the gauge, and when the gauge needle reaches the set pressure, the compressor will automatically turn off.

Maintenance and Initial Startup:

Before the first use, fill the compressor with oil. Ensure to replace the shipping plug with the one with holes (included in the spare parts package). Using the original shipping plug may cause leaks.

Do not use the compressor without the connected cooling system.

Monitor the oil level, which should not fall below the red mark. To check or replace the oil, the compressor must be on a horizontal surface, and it must be stopped and disconnected from power.

The compressor starts at zero pressure. If you need to pause during operation, you must loosen a screw to release pressure before restarting.

During use, the temperature should not exceed +65 °C.

Do not modify the product. Repairs and maintenance should only be performed by a specialized service center.

Before use, ensure the electrical plug can handle currents greater than 8A and will not be overloaded to prevent fire hazards and ensure safe operation.

Avoid touching the product and its parts immediately after use to prevent thermal burns.

Do not leave the device in an overloaded state; take breaks as needed to avoid overloading the motor and causing device failure.

When filling large volumes, the compressor may become overloaded every 20 minutes after changing the cooling fluid, so monitor the cylinder temperature closely!

Before first use, run the compressor for 10 minutes to clear the system.
