Construction of the 6.8 Liter Tuxing Tank:

Using high-quality PET from aluminum alloy AL6061 wrapped in carbon fiber and fully braided with fiberglass, the entire assembly is coated with epoxy resin. This makes the tank resistant to shocks, scratches, corrosion, and most importantly, capable of withstanding high pressures.

The internal surface of the tank is made of a special material and specially polished to ensure the cleanliness of the gas.

By using a new composite of carbon fiber, which has been developed, we get a tank whose mass is reduced by 70% compared to steel tanks. It has greater corrosion resistance and no magnetic properties.

The tank has a capacity of 6.8 liters. The height of the tank is 537 mm, its diameter 158 mm, and its weight is 3.8 kg.

Construction of the Air Valve (Filling Station):

The filling adapter is made of stainless steel. It has two pressure gauges, one of which shows the pressure in the tank and the other the filling line pressure. At the top, there is a reducer to regulate the airflow. It also has a special emergency screw, which, in case of high pressure, releases the pressure, providing a sense of safety.

To fill the tank with the TX15 Adapter, we can use an 8 mm male quick connector, which is additionally secured with a silicone plug to prevent dirt from entering.

Next to the pressure gauges is a special metal knob to release pressure from the hose, allowing you to safely disconnect the adapter from the filled item without damaging it or the o-rings inside the hose.

The adapter also has a hose in a steel braid for air transfer, also made of stainless steel. Its front has an M10x1 thread and fits the TX15 adapter, while the end is finished with an 8 mm female quick connector and fits most rifles (if you have a different filling adapter for your air rifle than the quick connector, check the EagleVision offer on our website or call us for advice).
