AEA 480 BAR / 7000 PSI compressor for PCP

The AEA 480 BAR (7000 PSI) compressor is a compact yet highly efficient device designed for PCP airgun users who require fast, convenient, and safe refilling of high-pressure cartridges. With a maximum operating pressure of 480 bar, the device provides ample capacity, enabling efficient refilling of tanks up to typical 200-300 bar in a very short time, as well as for airguns requiring the high pressure of 480 bar .

It is an ideal solution for both home and field use – wherever independence and mobility are important.

Construction and design

The compressor is housed in a sturdy metal housing with a convenient carrying handle , making it easy to carry and store. Its compact dimensions make it easy to fit in a workshop, garage, or car trunk.

The front panel features a clear digital display that shows the current pressure, operating temperature, and duration of the current filling session in real time. Below the screen are four intuitive control buttons: SET, ON/OFF, +, and - , which allow for complete control over operating parameters.

Additionally, the device is equipped with a drain valve , allowing for the removal of accumulated moisture after use. The oil-free design eliminates the need for oil changes and significantly simplifies maintenance.

Power supply – full mobility

One of the biggest advantages of the AEA compressor is its ability to operate under a variety of power conditions . The device can be connected:

• to a standard wall socket (using an A/C cable),
• directly to the car battery using jumper cables,
• to an external, independent battery.

A power mode switch with a clearly marked position is located on the housing , minimizing the risk of incorrect connection. This makes the compressor ideal for trips to the shooting range or in the field – without the need for access to a power outlet.

Intuitive operation and settings

Operating the compressor is very simple and does not require specialist knowledge.

The ON/OFF button turns the device on. The SET
button allows you to change display settings, such as:

• switching pressure units between BAR and PSI ,
• selection of temperature unit ( °C or °F ).

Use the + and - buttons to set the target inflation pressure. Once the selected value is reached, the compressor will automatically stop using the Auto-Stop function.

Simply connect the filling hose to the PCP cartridge, set the appropriate pressure and start the device.

Cooling and security system

The AEA 480 BAR is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that ensures safe and stable operation:

• The cooling fan starts automatically at 35°C .
• It turns off when the device cools down below 30°C .
• If it reaches 71°C, the compressor will automatically shut off to prevent overheating.

This solution significantly increases the service life of components and user safety .

Air filtration and maintenance

The compressor has a built-in moisture filtration system that limits condensation from entering the PCP cartridge. A drain valve allows for quick removal of accumulated water after use.

For maximum protection of the cartridge and PCP valves, it is recommended to use an additional external air filter/dryer .
